It seems the whole Nat-Jake-Gael-Dolores thing just got a bit more complicated. It's seems there is a new addition to the soap opera - Bart Simpson.
An interview with Simpsons writer, Don Payne, produced this interesting tidbit.
Q: So, what's new at The Simpsons?
A: They're working on the movie right now. I'm not working on that. But I'm looking forward to actually seeing a new Simpson story which I haven't had anything to do with -- on the big screen, no less! I have an episode coming up which features Natalie Portman as a guest voice. In the episode, Bart accidentally saves the town, and they grant him one wish. He decides he wants a driver's license. He drives to the next town over, where Natalie Portman's character lives. She's a teenager, and she thinks Bart's 16, since he's driving - and they start dating. It actually turns into a very sweet story.

I knew she would one day be in the simpsons, but I hope she looks the same.
finally we'll see natalie with only 4 fingers on each hand, and yellow skin, not pink or cream as it really is. I hope she marries bart simpsons, hahaha.just kidding, cause bart is a woman who's got a family, and she has appeared on rove live alot.I hope natalie will one day.
I think after doing this voice act, she might get into other animated and CGI animated films like ewan McGregor has. |

| Personally I think Simpsons actually is better today than it was 5-6 years ago which were the least good period of the show IMO. |

Not excited over Natalie and the Simpsons? I agree with mini... the Simpsons was on a definately slump 5 to 6 years ago, with entire seasons dedicated to nothing but boring Homer-based episodes, which are always the worst.
Right now, with all this "Where's Goya's Ghosts trailers?" and "Is Wonder Emporium coming out this year or not?" I think it's definately exciting that she's doing something like this. I'm surprised you don't feel the same, Dazza. |

I'm interested to see how they use her and if they make fun of her. And it'll be fun to hear her voice on the show. But I'm a long way from "excited".
Now a trailer for Goya...THAT would get me jumping up and down. |

cool dazza. i was half-joking abotu Simpsons, the other half is just me dreading the day when all the people who i'm used to (Dazza, Sanji, etc) leave the site to get married or change life plans, etc
i feel like a sell-out for following all these rumours, but...i'd still like proof in the forms of links that gael is even with the fonzi. remember Star Wars, the media also said natalie and hayden were together. same thing here perhaps? also, i read the article on AGMB where gael's dad wishes that he can have "portmancitos" for grandchildren. and that he had dinner with them. how much of this is believable? do you people think that natalie will marry him (just out of my own curiosity)?

FYI: The info about the dinner came from somebody who watched the interview on Mexico TV from Gael's father. They posted on Oscarwatch.
Thanks for answering, 10britney. That's the same article about Gael and Dolores and Natalie that has been rehashed and quoted over and over. Can't you see that it's gossip, even if it's from a large newspaper or headline news site? Look at all the soft-core porn on the homepage for 30noticias.com, and all the sensationalistic, scandalous headlines. You must read Spanish so can witness that lot's of movie and TV star gossip is reprinted on that site. Notice that even the story you posted above says that the quote about Gael and Doro making wedding plans has no source. Plus the "insider" says that Gael works in Los Angeles, and that's not true.
I don't think those automatic spanish translations are very good with some of the grammar. Maybe somebody from Argentina (native speaker) can translate with more nuance. But wait until there is a new article, not the same story over and over.
Not that it makes him a terrible person, because that's how some people are, but I do agree with the sentiments that Gael could have been dating or always does date more than one woman, and perhaps more than Natalie. And even that Dolores could be one of his girlfriends, and that Natalie perhaps even went to Argentina to lay down the law, and that he doggedly went back to Natalie. Or maybe they actually broke up last weekend and Natalie will one day be available for another, like Jake. Wasn't it Gael's love of Argentinian women that came between them last time? I remember the gossip reports at the time. Regardless, I'd like to think that if Gael's in a serious relationship with Natalie or another, he can be faithful.
The pics and video footage of Gael and Dolores together does not show them kissing, as reports have claimed and then repeated. Yes, they may be sneaking around and hiding from paparazzi, looking stealthy and suspicious, but so far there is not a pic or video of them kissing, as has been stated. If it's onvideo and shown on TV then a screen cap should be online, along with the video. I just want proof of what is being repeated over and over, since supposedly lot's of photographic and videotape evidence of this romance exists. |

a few things natalie could do is this. when she meets the voice actor who does bart, she should ask her about rove live, cause the woman who does barts voice has been on rove live alot, as has hayden, and one day natalie might.
also I think it would be great if bart and natalie played that trick telephone on moe's tavern and ask for miss tell me to love. hahahahahhhaaa!they would laugh together.
nat could also lure homer to a place with food. that would get his attensions.
hey dazza, I think people should try to draw natalie in a way they think she would look on the simpsons.
also on the offical starwars sight, theres a new natalie padme figure of the arena battle coming. |
