Blurgh!!!

Man, I just had a whole update and I lost it all. All of it I tell you, ALL!

Ok, well here we go again.

First off, Natalie will be appearing in a play on Saturday, October 27th alongside Cate Blanchett and others.

Cate Blanchett, Ellen Burstyn, Natalie Portman, Peter Sarsgaard, David Strathairn, Elaine Stritch and Dianne Wiest will star in Italian artist Francesco Vezzoli’s Oct. 27 theatrical production of “Right You Are” at the Guggenheim Museum
Read more about it here and here. Thanks to Mockingbird. Interesting…

Onto some good “Hotel Chevalier” news. Apparently, it will now be attached to “The Darjeeling Limited” in movie theaters and Fox is also hoping to promote it as a contender in the best live action short category for the Oscars. You can read more about it here and here.

In the second article, Natalie is asked why she finally agreed to do a nude scene and this is what she had to say:

I don’t know why, exactly. Sometimes you make rules for yourself and sometimes those rules are made to be broken. You have to test things out and see what works for you, and this felt right. I begged Wes to work with me and show me a script [since we met more than three years ago]…I really loved it. He has the finest taste possible.”
I *think* you can watch Wes Anderson talk about attaching the short to the film for it’s release in Canada here. I say that I *think* because I haven’t watched the video and Dazza told me, but he lies at least 90% of the time.

Moving on from Chevalier to Natalie’s charitable endeavors, you can see some clips of Natalie in her gorilla documentary

And on the the FINCA front, if you go

Remember, she’ll be at NYU tomorrow!
