Weekly Tidbits

After this week of celebration, here are the very few news of the week 🙂

-Natalie is still very busy with the filming of Annihilation (and then the Dolan film), but in September a little break will be taken to attend the presentation of the new book by Jonathan Safran Foer, Here I Am, in NY:

“Here I Am” is the monumental new novel from Jonathan Safran Foer. Unfolding over four tumultuous weeks, in present-day Washington, D.C., “Here I Am” is the story of a fracturing family in a moment of crisis. As Jacob and Julia and their three sons are forced to confront the distances between the lives they think they want and the lives they are living, a catastrophic earthquake sets in motion a quickly escalating conflict in the Middle East. Showcasing the same high-energy inventiveness, hilarious irreverence, and emotional urgency that readers and critics loved in his earlier work, “Here I Am” is Foer’s most searching, hard-hitting, and grandly entertaining novel yet. Jonathan will be joined in conversation by Academy Award-winning actress Natalie Portman.

Planetarium, one of her last films, will be released in November in France, and we know who is responsible for the sountrack: Rob (aka Robin Coudert), a French pop/rock musician, whose work for the big screen include Maniac, Horns, Populaire and Grand Central, the previous film by Rebecca Zlotowski.

Thanks to Kitten for the finds…
