Following the news of the birth of Natalie’s third child, there have been hardly any updates in Natland; nevertheless, there are a few small tidbits worth noting:

-Natalie’s next project will be Pumping Black, a film directed by Mimi Cave and co-starring Jonathan Bailey. Set in the world of professional cycling, filming appears set to begin sooner than expected. A casting call for the film was issued recently, and shooting is apparently scheduled for sometime between October and December in Nice, France. Hopefully, we will have more concrete news soon…

-Another project Natalie was reportedly involved in was an upcoming film directed by Richard Linklater. A few days ago, the director provided a brief update on the project’s status. According to the filmmaker, the project is set to become a trilogy of films about early 20th-century American Transcendentalists. The problem? It is so ambitious that securing funding is proving difficult. Consequently, we likely won’t hear any more about it in the near future.

-Finally, Time Magazine has published a list today of the 100 World’s Most Influential Rising Stars, and Charles Melton is included. In the article, Natalie writes a brief, glowing tribute to her May December co-star.
