CHUD have been following Diora Baird’s (Wedding Crashers) Twitter Page, where she has revealed that she might be joining the cast of Thor.
Had an audition for the movie Thor today. Character description was ‘pretty, but sturdy with muscle’. Damn type casting.
I tried to get her to spill the beans as to who she would be playing, but all she would say was
I cant say. I’ll go to jail. For real. Had to sign my soul away.
So who could it be? It sounds to me like she’d be playing an Asgardian. The Enchantress maybe? Sif? I’m not sure which Asgardian characters have made it into the current script, which takes place much more on Earth than the heavily Asgardian version Matthew Vaughn was developing.
I’m aware of Diora but the whole buxom thing doesn’t really stoke these fires. I’m sure many male visitors are thrilled by this potential casting but its all shrug worthy to me. (more…)
