And more great news for Jackie. It seems that finally this week we have a teaser trailer for the film.
Meanwhile, the movie still adding festivals this month. In addition to New York, Larraín’s movie can be seen at Savannah, Austin, Philadelphia, Mill Valley… and Flandes, Belgium:
Yes, this time it’s real. A brand new Planetarium trailer has been officially launched today, with french subtitles, and in glorious HD.
The movie will be premiered on September 8 at the Venice Film Festival, and September 10 in Toronto.
Tip, a new still of film:
If you weren’t able to catch the Planetarium trailer before it was taken down, Mike found a working link on Instagram.
UPDATE – We’ve been asked to remove the links. Two official trailers will arrive in the last week of August.
It is finally here. The trailer for Planetarium, the latest film by Rebecca Zlotowski, with Natalie and Lily Rose Depp (courtesy of the Italian distributor, with subtitles in that language).
Edit: original link deleted, We will have to wait for an official one…
Finally we can see some pictures of Natalie (and a poster) of this movie made by UCLA students and produced by James Franco. The film premiered at the Atlanta Film Festival last year, and still has no release date.
Edit: Just Jared has an exclusive trailer.
A couple of Natalie stills…
On Saturday June 26th, a documentary called The Pulitzer at 100 will be shown in Toronto. This film (as the title suggests) is about the centenary of these famous awards and Natalie is involved, among many other artists, in it.
Here is the trailer of the documentary, where she can be seen briefly:
Time for a new poll and on a suggestion from the community I’ve gone with a photo battle between the two new InStyle photos. To refresh your memory…
Two gorgeous photos but which one is your favourite?
There have been two trailers since our last poll but the feedback is in on the first trailer and it’s fairly positive. I think the trailers since then have done a better job of it so the results might be even more positive now. The results are below.
A couple really nice Jane Got A Gun items for you guys today. First up is the UK trailer for the film, which is pretty good apart from the song at the end. Then we have the official Instagram account, with some new official photos. They mention a release date of January 29th but it is unclear if that is a new U.S. release date or perhaps the date for the U.K.
Thanks to Adonis and Belerofonte.
The German trailer for Jane Got A Gun has arrived and despite it being in, you know, German, I think I actually liked it a hell of a lot more than the English trailer. What say you?
After approximately 12 years the Jane Got A Gun trailer has finally arrived. It looks quite entertaining – didn’t love the last few seconds of the trailer but seems decent, although decent is probably quite a few steps below what everyone was aiming for when the troubled production was being conceived. Thanks to Kitten and Maribel.
Natalie’s directorial debut, A Tale of Love and Darkness, has already seen a trailer emerge. Now there is a new version with English subtitles and new music.
As a bonus, here is a rather stunning new promo from the film, which I don’t think has been posted yet. Thanks to Belerofonte.
The trailer for Natalie’s directorial debut, A Tale of Love and Darkness, has arrived and it looks rather glorious. Unfortunately, there are no English subtitles, but the visuals were enough for me.
Today’s tidbits update comes with a twist. Updating two projects that Natalie was once involved with.
First up is Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, which many moons ago was set up to be a Natalie starring vehicle to be directed by David O. Russell (The Fighter, Three Kings). David dropped out, followed by a football teams worth of other directors. Eventually Natalie also departed but remains on-board as a producer. The first images of the film have arrived and…yup…pretty much what you would expect. Blood and corsets.
The second is Steve Jobs, which Natalie was offered rather publicly thanks to the Sony leak. I couldn’t be bothered about PPZ but the full trailer for Job has arrived and…it looks kind of great :-/
For a series of films that went on to owe so much to digital, it’s a bit strange that the films have not been made available digitally…until now.
All six films will be available on HD digital platforms starting from April 10th, along with some new bonus features. Read the full press release on Starwars.com, watch the release trailer below, and start clearing up space on your iPhone.
Thanks to Belerofonte.
Cinefilos.it has posted a write-up of the sneak peek at Terrence Malick’s Project V confirming Natalie’s appearance in the film. The article has been translated into English by Ale at Ryan Gosling Addicted:
During “Le Giornate professionali del Cinema 2014” held in Sorrento (Italy) from 30 November to 6 Decemebr we saw some sequences of the film.
From the short footage, we can guess that Ryan Gosling will star, an aspiring rock star. Around him gravitate two characters, one played by Michael Fassbender, who seems to be a business partner of Gosling, someone with whom the character can realize his musical ambitions. On the other side there is the character of Rooney Mara, who in the first part of the footage is clearly Gosling’s woman and then seems to weave a clandestine relationship with Fassbender.
Around this love triangle gravitate two other women, Natalie Portman, in a novel blonde who seems to get in the good graces of Fassbender, while Cate Blanchett weaves his way with that of the character of Gosling.
