| Suspiria To Shoot In July? |

Dario Argento, the creator of the original film, drops some possible info in this interview with Freak Magazine.
Lately there is talk of a possible remake of "Suspiria" ...
It is true, I think they are going to start filming in July, and Natalie Portman will be the protagonist. But that's all I know, because I'm not involved in the project, it is an American production. Is Dario mistaken or have the denials simply been to keep a lid on things? If he's right about July then we should hear something official within weeks.
UPDATE - I'm still hearing NO.

| It would be interesting to see Natalie in this, but all sources seem to point to a big NO, so I'm also assuming he's probably just going on rumors he's heard if he's not involved in the project. |

| david gordon green is directing a movie ("Your highness") in northern ireland in July. suspiria's set on the contiment, right? maybe he'll just be producing suspiria? |
