Hiya

I was contemplating holding over this update till tomorrow, since today has already been very busy, but I might as well clear the slate as who knows what tomorrow will bring.

Let’s start with that new editorial. It’s a bit more fun than the usual editorial topics and I look forward to seeing what you guys and gals come up with.

I also promised a new poll but before we get to that, here are the results of the last one:

Having read Natalie’s letter to Allure, what do you think?

Fantastic that she got to set the record straight and did so wonderfully. 51.91% (272 votes)

An interesting read but it really wasn’t necessary. 25.57% (134 votes)

Boring and pretentious. 7.44% (39 votes)

I couldn’t understand what the hell she was talking about. 6.87% (36 votes)

I doubt she wrote it. 6.87% (36 votes)

Over half of you seem to like brainy Nat.

And here is the NEW POLL.

And finally, a couple more articles.

The first is an interview with Jude, Julia and Clive. The most interesting quote was this…

NATALIE: It’s amazing what people will do when they can be anonymous. It’s like a great human experiment. I was on a chat once being at my deepest, my most profound self. They had a chat room there and I mean, people are disgusting when they can be anonymous.

Heh, I really hope that wasn’t our chatroom. Trying to be profound in a chat room you don’t know is, unfortunately, always going to be ridiculed. I can just imagine her deciding to give the nat community a chance so she comes into the chatroom where a rousing discussion about how to use squirrels for sexual gratification is taking place. Oy.

The other article is from the UK paper, the Telegraph. It’s quite in depth and nicely written.

Thanks to Amidoll for both of those.

G’night.
