Last year we had a news item about Natalie regularly volunteering at the LA Children’s Hospital. Now JFXonline have a bunch of pictures of Natalie on the way to said hospital. She’s not looking pissed off in the other pics, I just chose that thumb cos its freaking FIERCE!
