It’s Time to Think About PORTMANIA.

Its Monday and it’s Day Four of PORTMANIA!! The sun is shining and the birds are chirping! There’s just one more day left to get all your shopping done for PORTMANIA 28!

Don’t worry! That should be plenty of time!

First, let’s remember to stretch after our day of rest yesterday. It boosts circulation, relieves stiffness, and improves mobility!

I don’t think I can do that.

Also drink plenty of fluids! Safety is the most important part of PORTMANIA!

Well, I guess Natalie Portman is the most important. But after that it’s safety! Oh wait, I forgot about grilled cheese sandwiches. And then there’s keeping your phone charged. Let me check the list. color coordination, vitamins, neck pillows, tire rotation, Inspector Gadget reruns, towels, passport/visa, reese’s peanut butter cups. Okay, I don’t see it on the first page here. But safety is on the list, I’m sure.

Moving on, today we celebrate the 30th anniversary of Everyone Says I Love You! Natalie plays a girl who has a sister and a brother and a sister and a sister and another brother?  I don’t remember. But she also has a mother and a father.  And Woody Allen. They all sit around looking at each other and sing songs about LIFE.

Here’s a small clip of Siskel and Ebert arguing about if it’s good.

Here’s a picture of Natalie’s BIG SCENE! she sings about never falling in love again, because the guy she liked picked Gabby Hoffman.

UNBELIEVABLE!

And so with that inexcusable plot twist we’ll end Day 4. Come on back tomorrow for THE FINAL DAY of PORTMANIA 28!! and Natalie’s birthday!! Sweet! We’ve got this in the bag! Just make sure  you’re facing forward and wearing your PORTMANIA socks!
