I guess the Wuthering Heights remake isn’t really on our radar anymore, now that Natalie has left the project, but it might still be of interest to some. According to this and this, it seems that Keira was offered the role after Natalie (even though there were reports she was offered it even before Nat) but turned it down because of not wanting “sloppy seconds”…which I can actually imagine Keira saying. It seems that Aussie actress Abbie Cornish (love her) has now landed the role. However, director John Maybury has now also left.

All a bit of a mess really but I’m pulling for Abbie. Go you good thing. Thanks to Fanatical.
