Since Nat news is still a bit quiet I decided to spend some time working on something a bit different. What I’ve done is come up with 10 films that I wish Natalie had been in. I had two rules though.
1 – It must be a film released or seen by me within the last 12 months.
2 – Natalie must, in my mind, be right for the role.
Today I have the first 5 films and probably later this weekend I’ll have part 2 ready.
Feel free to make your own suggestions on the forum or in the comments.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock since the beginning of the week, you probably haven’t missed much of Natalie’s festivities in Venice. But in case you have, Dazza asked me to do a wrap up for the film festival today. We’ve also added a bunch of new additions to the individual galleries over the week, so make sure to check for new pics.
When rumours surfaced about Natalie being involved in a Suspiria remake, I got an adamant “not true” from one of Natalie’s publicists. You hear about publicists lying all the time, hell its part of the job, but so far her information had been sound.
Only. yesterday, Natalie made an interesting comment at the Eve press conference. When asked about Suspiria she said:
“Unfortunately I cannot disclose anything about Suspiria at all.”
Now, its possible that something has gone wonky in the translation, and what she was actually saying is that she knows nothing about it. But there’s also a chance that the translation is accurate and if thats the case, then there must be something going on.

Last week I finally got a chance to see the documentary film, My Date With Drew. If you haven’t heard of it, the basic concept is that a struggling actor, and life long Drew Barrymore fan, takes advantage of a store policy that allows him to buy a video camera and return it within 30 days for all his money back. His plan is to then use the camera to document his attempt to get a date with Drew. (more…)
