tiptoe thro the tulips

Hey all

I’m tired from gardening work today (men garden too!) and sorta hoped that someone else would do the update. But sanji said, and I quote, “no”. And Flipp is nowhere to be found. So here I am.

Friday is Halloween and I’d like you all to send in suitable fanart. So please, do your worst and send it in.

Rhiannon sent word that there’s a Nat article in the UK Sky magazine, could anyone send a scan? We’ve got a transcription but it’s a bit too long to paste here. Mart will hopefully add it to the articles page tomorrow.

Amazing Andy found this blurb about Nat’s ballet shoes selling well for charity.

Other top items included…Natalie Portman’s petite ballet slippers at $1,184…

Whether the shoes were worn in a film, such as Clint Eastwood’s tennis shoes from “Space Cowboys,” or worn during childhood like Natalie Portman’s pink ballet slippers, the shoes gave bidders both a taste of the star’s personality and a piece of pop culture.

Over at www.sexiest100.org Natalie is in 2nd place, just 4 votes behind Keira. Get voting!

Quinn sent this interesting blurb:

Hey, I found this on the official site of The O.C. It was an interview with one of the stars Adam Brody. Wasn’t sure if you thought this would be good to post:

angie_gurl_420: Hi Adam, I’m like a big fan of yours! Do you have a Hollywood crush?

Adam Brody: A Hollywood crush…yeah, I do. I’ll give you some names: Jennifer Garner, Natalie Portman, and Keira Knightley can do no wrong. Oh and Scarlett Johannson, I just saw Lost in Translation.

Quite a bit more fanart today so let’s get to it.

Probably my fav wallpaper of the day is this beautiful effort by Allisa.

Eric has another submission but this time he’s playing it straight…sorta.

The prolific Tyler is back with probably his best wallpaper so far.

This one comes all the way from Brazil, courtesy of North Lion.

And rounding things off is Popcornhead with his first submission.

Should be able to add the editorial tomorrow so check back for that.

Ciao.
