Every now and then you read an article that makes you want to stand up and applaud. The Onion’s Elizabeth Ghiorso would have gotten me out of my chair, if it hadn’t dawned on me how ridiculous applauding my monitor would look. Nevertheless, this article on the objectification of celebrities is right on the money.

Oh, and there’s a Natalie mention as well.

In my opinion, movie stars are there for our entertainment. As long as you don’t show up on Natalie Portman’s doorstep with a gun, determined to take her as your love slave, there’s no harm in imagining what it would be like to have sex with her.
