Finally, Terrence Malick’s two films are on the way with both seemingly have teasers/trailers/scenes screen at the Sorrento Film Festival in Italy.
KNIGHT OF CUPS, which is mentioned as due to release in Italy in May, is described as “an actor (Christian Bale) in crisis and his romantic relationship with many women, most notably Cate Blanchett, Natalie Portman, and Imogen Potts. The films rhythms seem to distance themselves from classical music and touch tones of rock.”
The untitled film is being called PROJECT V and is described as “set in the world of rock with Ryan Gosling at the center of it. Story seems to return to the foreground (compared to Tree Of Life’s more lyrical structure).”
